Everything you need to know about The Ultimatum: Queer Love
It showcases five new couples comprising of women and non-binary individuals who find themselves at a crossroads in their relationship.
While one partner is keen on tying the knot, the other may be uncertain, or not quite ready to take that step. Then the one partner will issue an ultimatum, and within eight weeks, each couple must decide whether to get married, or part ways.
Before they make the decision though, they must live with another cast member, who is not their actual partner and enter into a “trial relationship” and see if they form a bond enough to want to break it off with their actual partner. After their trial relationship, they are then reunited with their partners, and live with them. At the end of all this, everyone must decide if they are walking out single, with a new partner or in their original relationship.
Having watched the show, there is also the possibility where they can form a great bond with one of the other partners in the show, and walk out in a whole new relationship.
The Ultimatum: Queer Love Cast
The identities of the cast members have not been released yet, and we will update you as soon as this information becomes available.
From the teaser trailer, one contestant goes as far as to call their partner “Voldemort” in the opening seconds, while another prioritizes their dog above all else and declares “If you don’t like my dog, you can get the f— out”.
One thing is clear, there is going to be a lot of drama on this coming season, and there are bound to be a lot of tears.
JoAnna Garcia Swisher will be hosting the show
JoAnna Garcia Swisher of Sweet Magnolia is the one chosen to host The Ultimatum Queer Love.
Previous seasons were hosted by Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa Lachey, but it seems that the actress is taking over from the couple, which should be interesting.
She took to her Instagram page to announce her hosting duties, and how excited she is to be part of the show.
